Let me ask you a question. Do you think when we're 70 years old, we'll still be getting each other guests like we do now. Duh. Yeah. Cause we're children at high. This is what I want to do. I want to try and guess the Lego set you got me. Do not tell me if I'm right, but I'm going to make the guests now. And if I'm right, then I can go back and be like, ah, okay. Yes. So it's not the Avengers tower. Which for those of you who don't know, that's like$600 and like, I don't know. 10,000 pieces. It's crazy. And specifically when you asked for this, you said no Marvel or star wars, so that cancels out all of them. I like that. Oh yeah, shit. Because my guest is going to be the Hulk Buster. It's as big iron man suit. But if that's true and it's not Marvel or DC or Marvel or star wars, I'm going to guess. It's that man. Uh, Batman hat or something like that. So that's my guest Batman don't tell me. Now. For those of you who don't know the inner workings of our gift giving. We usually give each other a list and. Because I have to make up for all the stupid shit I did during the year. I just got her everything on the list. So it's not much of a surprise except for one thing that I got her, don't tell people how much it costs. That's our secret. Uh, I still don't know what it is. Yeah. Do you have any idea? Do you want to make a guest like you, you might not know specifically what it is, but in the realm and, and I'm not gonna tell you if you're right or wrong. Let's just here. If you get close. I think. The tape may grade tickets. Jen do you guess again, we know those aren't on sale. They are on sale. Are they on sale? I thought that I checked online and they're on sale. So I have no idea. But let's just like, get them together after this who cares? Oh, yeah. I really want to see her. So one more guest, cause that's not it. Um, well I thought it was like an experience or something. So your guesses. It's an experience. Yeah. Okay. That's a good guess. And now we'll see who's closer. They really don't know. Yeah, I guess I told her, surprise me with a Lego and surprise me the Funko pop. Here's the thing. When you get to a certain age. All you guys close. But when you get close for Christmas, it just gets lost in your wardrobe. Do I want every listener to go in their wardrobe and try and pick out what was given to them as a gift? See if you actually remember. What I asked for are things that. I'm going to actually like use and enjoy. Yeah. It might sound a little Kish that I want the Batman brave and the bolt comic, Batman and sons, a specific one, or that I asked for the green lantern corpse comic. But those are stuff I'm going to read. We're going to put it in our nice reading Knuck. I can't wait for our little readings. When that's finished, we're going to put our stuff there. We're going to read, like, I enjoy that stuff. I feel like. Christmas has kind of. I once you get to a certain age for a lot of people, it kind of loses its its wonder a little bit, but for me. I've always loved it and I don't think that's ever going to change. It's like you said, When we're 70, we're still going to do the same stuff, right? Yeah. And I guess it's kinda different for us. When it comes to gift giving in general. what makes a good gift is. Something that the person would like. But would never buy for themselves. See, that's the other thing. And we're not like that because we would totally buy ourselves all these things. But yeah, all these things, like I would totally get in there. The stuff I'm asking for is like 20 bucks. but the thing is, there's something special. I, at least for me of you wake up the next day and you have all these. These gifts under the tree, you open it. You get to play within stuff. And listen, I'm appreciative of the time and effort. My friends and family have taken to the guests and I do love what they get me. All I'm saying is the truth. The truth of the matter is for me, at least sound for everybody, but for mark savvy, The$20 gifts to me, like the$20 comic book. Is more, I get more excited by that than a$200 sweater. That's not to say, I don't love the clothes to, there's a place for it, but I want at least the two of us to get each other, like silly, fun gifts, you know? Yeah, what was my silly gift? What do you mean? That you got me. No that I put on my list. You didn't really, you asked for like girly things, like makeup stuff. And I wasn't getting the order go to Sephora and get you a$15 makeup and then pay like$5 in a delivery fee. I'd rather just get you a gift card. No, but what else did you put anything? Oh, you wanted the Saprina carpenter LP. Yeah. I looked everywhere for that one. It was in stock when I saw it online, I should've just got it for myself. I also want to love the PlayStation portal. Uh, but before we get into that, actually, I th if any of our listeners know where we can get the Sabrina carpenter LP, that's a record like a vinyl record, not the CD. Let us know. I know there's a shop in Toronto that has a huge record selection. I think it's on Dundas, but I don't remember what it's called. I saw it on an urban Outfitters website. That's where we looked at, sold out. It was in stock when I found it. And then it was not there, I guess. It's actually a few different versions of it. Next weekend. Let's go to the union center from there. We'll walk down Dunn DAS, like we'll check out that record shop. We'll go shopping in the mall. And, uh, we'll see if we can find you that record. We'll just get it. whatever that record please on queen street. Is that the what's it called? No it's on done this. We've been there before Miranda. The cool socks. It's a big store. You go down right into the record section. Yes. Okay. Yeah, this is, that is, oh, it is on Dundess. Yeah. Right. Yeah, I thought it was not. Hey, it's queen street. I'm sure there's one on queen. Okay. Got a Kensington, but they don't have any like pop records. I'm. Yeah, I'm a huge, just like pop mainstream music. Whoops. Sorry. You don't ever need to apologize options. Here's the thing about the holiday season. There's always one or two gifts that you can't find anywhere. People will just buy them all and then mark up the price, like crazy. That's probably why we can't find the Sabrina carpenter album. I think it's selling for 20 bucks on urban outfitter or something like that. 40 50. I saw eBay. It's like over a hundred. The other, that's the thing you really want? The thing I really wanted it sold out as a PlayStation portal. That's being sold on best buy for two 70. That's the actual price. You go online. It's like almost 600 bucks. It's crazy. The PlayStation. Portal's not that great. I just want it cause it's kinda cool. Let me give you an example. So I've been following this guy on Twitter and he lets me know when their stock about, the PlayStation portal, this thing w best buy will get, I don't know, 500 in stock. And then it will sell out in five minutes. The only way that people do that is bots. So they get these bots, they ha they go into the website and they buy everything. Maybe they have it linked to a personal account and that's where the orders go. And then they go on eBay. And they sell it for like two, three times the price. Those people are pieces of shit. It's the holiday season. Let people get gifts for their friends and family. You don't. Use bots. To take all the stock assholes. On that note, Merry Christmas. And we'll see you next week.
